Rhonda Klch
Rhonda is a self starter, entrepreneur that opened her first business at 18. She used her money to begin a career in house flipping and rental purchases. At 23 she has grown her business to new levels by managing and leveraging relationships in the mortgage and real estate industries. Rhonda found her nitche in the market by working with small business and consumers in financial distress (one method for how she found properties) and in 2004 incorporated Equity First, LLC. Equity First LLC is a nationwide, credit and financial solution center focused on problem solving for clients. Equity First is a B2B operation and grew by creating "white label" service for law firms, mortgage companies, real estate companies and other "credit industries" such as automotive and solar.
During the real estate crash of 2007-2008 Rhonda started her journey of public speaking to be an advocate for the people that needed advise. She volunteered her time and the time of her staff to conduct hands on loss mitigation seminars. After helping thousands of families , Rhonda opened the Equity First Foundation to further educate people of all stages, ages and abilities on the vast topics of Financial Literacy. Rhonda's time was dedicated to the consulting of clients and assisting the communities to make better financial choices. In addition to her successful real estate career, Rhonda purchased a retreat property and called it The Haven, to further donate vacation stays to families suffering hardships, that most often included families caring for sick children.
During her career, Rhonda has spoken on hundreds of stages across the US, and contributes much of her real estate success to RESPONCE, a Utah based real estate investment educational program. Rhonda worked as an ambassador to the brand and has participated in BIG Stage events with influential speakers/entrepreneurs such as Barbara Cochran, Dean Grasiozi, Kevin O'Leary, Scott and Ami Yancy and more. Rhonda continues her public speaking, even through COVID when she launched her virtual programs and radio show called The Credit Authority.
During her career, Rhonda has been the recipient of many business awards such as CHI Award, Diversity in Business, Achievers Award, Model Citizen of the year to name just a few. In addition, Rhonda was asked to patriciate at this years Money2.0 conference that was held in March 2022 in Las Vegas. Rhonda will often times be asked to Emcee awards such as the Angel Awards, Women of Distinction and Holiday Dream to name a few. Rhonda is an active member of her community and is at the heartbeat of assisting families in need through her numerous programs that will provide hundred of families a year with food, holiday gifts, back to school events and more.
Rhonda, a mother to 5 boys and wife to husband Stephen believes in work-life balance and she is often quoted as stating " One Speed" as that is her method to live by -Rhonda is available to be a guest on a radio, podcast or in person event and has several motivational seminars she offers to empower business owners and women entrepreneurs. In addition, The Credit Authority is always looking for talent to be a guest on the show.
